CharliTito Ortiz, born in Huntington Beach on 23 January 1975. His birth name is Jacob Christopher Ortiz. He was a resident of Huntington Beach until he moved to Santa Ana, California. Ortiz is half-Mexican and comes from his paternal side. His father was Sam Ortiz, who gave him the name Tito. Both his parents were addicts to heroin making it difficult for him to develop. He was a part of groups. He also used drugs , such as cocaine. As a child the teen was taken to juvenile halls. He was 13 when the divorce of his parents took place. He was a student at Huntington Beach High School where wrestled. He was just 18 when his mom kicked them out. Paul Herrera encouraged him to continue wrestling and go to college.Tito Ortiz was married to his first wife Kristin for 5 years. He then began a relationship with Jenna Jameson. They had twins. They're now divorced. Amber Nichole Miller is currently in a relationship with Tito Ortiz.
