Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born in South London, England into an ethnically diverse family. She has a mother who is English and her father is Nigerian. She attended The Brit School when she was 14 years old. She was a student of acting in The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. She was on stage in numerous productions during her time at school including the role of King Henry V, as Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights, as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe first began her career as an actress in the movie Storm Damage. Since then she's made appearances in guest roles in films like Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's film debut was in Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream (2007), with Colin Farrell. After that, she played Elisha in the single-episode BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN as well as appearing in the six episodes of Trexx as well as Flipside in the role of Ollie. The ITV2 series Secret Diary of a Call Girl featured her in 2008 playing Bambi. Madekwe also starred as the lead character in How to lose friends & alienate people that was aired by Sony Pictures Entertainment back in 2008. Theatre credits for Madekwe include Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe's US debut was in 2009 when she appeared on The drama The Beautiful Life. The series aired only two episodes before being removed from The CW. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge as of February 2011. In May of 2013, it was revealed that Madekwe, who appeared on the show as a series regular for the past two seasons, was to leave the series with a guest appearance on the premiere episode of the new season. Madekwe starred as Tituba on the show Salem from 2014 to 2016. Madekwe was married to her long-time partner, Iddo. Apart from Secret Diary of a Call Girl they also appeared in tandem on Salem and he had an appearance with her on the show on TV.

Ashley Leggat, a twice Gemini nominated actress is a member of a huge family living in Hamilton, Ontario. Her four older brothers were also present and included twins Todd & Bram, Brett & Rob. Ashley was raised in the arenas and baseball parks because her brothers, who were all athletic, played hockey and baseball as well as both during winter and summer. Ashley didn't walk, instead she was a dancer. At age two and a half, she was introduced to Baby Ballet. It was then that she discovered Ashley's interest in dance. Ashley was a top competitor in divisions of tap, jazz hip-hop, ballet Acrobatics, Lyrical Musical Theatre and pointe, until she finished in high school. Ashley took home the best soloist prize at each major dance event, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, to name just the few.
